The customer service was perfect! The package must have been a puck in a post office hockey divisional game. I contacted the vendor and the replacement process was so easy, I offered to return the broken record & received an email saying Don’t Worry Be Happy, that was it. The replacement record was received and it missed the championship post office hockey game, it is in perfect condition.

Product did not arrive on scheduled date due to no fault of the seller. I live in a rural area and the shipper had a difficult time getting it to me. I am very pleased with the seller of this item. I notified seller about the shipping issue and seller worked very hard to get the issue resolved. Product exceeded my expectations and I would purchase from the seller again!

The ETA was mid/late-Feb, but it arrived today Jan 17th! We bothered the seller a few times with questions and he was courteous and prompt and answered everything I needed to know before purchasing.
