If there is damage to the parcel during the delivery, then please take pictures of the damage BEFORE opening the box. Also take pictures if the item is damaged inside. I will always replace an item damaged in the post, no questions asked.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with the item, talk to me first. If a solution cannot be found, then you may return the item to me in the original packaging to receive a full refund.Returns must be sent within 7 days of delivery in original,unused condition

I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE WEB SITE INVOICE. Please make sure it is correct. If you would like your item shipped elsewhere, please just let me know.

Allow 2 days processing time in addition to the shipping time. Each clock is shipped in a cardboard box and protected with styrofoam and bubble wrap packing.

I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Items can’t be returned if it’s not broken vinyl record . I am sending replacement parts with great pleasure FREE ( mechanism, sticker, clockhands )

If you live outside of Europe, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. In most locations, shipping will be quicker, but it is common for a package being shipped internationally to take this long. Please be patient.
