Creating these unique clocks gives us great enjoyment and I hope you too will also enjoy them. Our clocks are functional, beautiful and a nice addition to your home decor. Vinyl has its own charm and warmth of a past era.

As well as making beautiful things for your home, Vinyl Planet also helps the environment by saving old vinyl records from landfill and reducing the consumption of new raw materials.

Lovers of vinyl records and music fans should not despair, Vinyl Planet creates all of our clocks from records that are no longer playable. The music has already been destroyed before we recycle them into new products for you to enjoy. This is why some of our clocks have light scratches and scuffs on them. It’s all part of the charm of making a new product from used vinyl records. The music lives on in a different form.

These make an amazing gift idea for all occasions, birthdays, anniversaries and special celebrations. You can choose to order just the laser cut vinyl by itself to display on a wall or plate stand, or have a clock mechanism added to make it a functional piece of art

Note: Every piece of wall clocks are made on a unique vinyl record with different labels, so the image shown might be slightly different to the item you receive. Every record has it’s own history – some of them were bought and just lay on the shelf unplayed, others were played many times and have seen many parties. You might notice some small scratches or other signs of usage, but this makes them even more unique and interesting.
Clock hands can also be different. Vinyl record art is always the same as in the picture. It’s laser cutting.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately! We’ll work together to figure out what went wrong. I will do what we can to make it right. I want you as a customer to be happy with your purchase.
If there is damage to the parcel during the delivery, then please take pictures of the damage BEFORE opening the box. Also take pictures if the item is damaged inside. I will always replace an item damaged in the post, no questions asked.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with the item, talk to me first. If a solution cannot be found, then you may return the item to me in the original packaging to receive a full refund.Returns must be sent within 7 days of delivery in original,unused condition

I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE WEB SITE INVOICE. Please make sure it is correct. If you would like your item shipped elsewhere, please just let me know.

Allow 2 days processing time in addition to the shipping time. Each clock is shipped in a cardboard box and protected with styrofoam and bubble wrap packing.

I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Items can’t be returned if it’s not broken vinyl record . I am sending replacement parts with great pleasure FREE ( mechanism, sticker, clockhands )

We send packages as fast as possible with DHL express international . Shipping time for EUROPE countries is 5-15 working days .

If you live outside of Europe, please allow 10-25 working days  for your order to arrive. In most locations, shipping will be quicker, but it is common for a package being shipped internationally to take this long. Please be patient. :)
If there are customs duties or taxes to be paid in your country, then these are the responsibility of the buyer.
